| Doing a Masters in International Media studies at the minute. Someone help....
I love adrenaline filled sports, and my life centres around the discipline of Parkour, which I have been practising for 5 years now. It can be described as the art of movement. It involves looking at your urban environment in new ways, and using obstacles which are in place to constrain motion, in order to create motion by using a series of techniques like jumping, climbing, rolling, vaulting etc... the most important thing is to keep your movement flowing and elegent. Easy to do... but difficult to master.
